Your access to our services, including our website (“Hoorak Pro ”), SMS, email notifications, applications, buttons, widgets, or ads (collectively, the “Services”), provided to you by Hoorak Smart Software Solutions ("Hoorak"), is subject to these legally binding terms and conditions. Company: Hoorak Smart Software Solutions.

Services: Includes the website Hoorak Pro , applications, widgets, ads, and any associated software or content.

Content: Any text, image, audio, video, or other data that you submit, upload, or transmit through the Services.

User: An individual or company that interacts with the Services to obtain a benefit or contribute content.

Third Party Content: Content that originates from outside Hoorak or its users, which is made available through the Services.

Third Party Links: Hoorak may contain links to third-party websites. Hoorak is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites.

4. COMMUNICATIONS FROM HOORAK

By creating an account, you agree to receive certain communications from Hoorak, such as notifications regarding your account status and updates to the Services. You can opt out of promotional communications at any time by contacting support@hoorak.com.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ownership of Content: Hoorak owns all intellectual property rights to the Services, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and content created by Hoorak. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Services without written consent from Hoorak.

User Content License: By submitting content to the Services, you grant Hoorak a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute your content.
